Consent to Contact
Effective: October 9, 2026
When you check the consent box and submit a request on WrongfulDeathLawyers.com, you agree to the following:
By submitting this form, I give my express written consent for WrongfulDeathLawyers.com and the participating attorneys and law firms in my state that receive my request (and their agents) to contact me about my inquiry at the phone number and email address I provided, including by phone calls and text messages made with an automated dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, even if my number is on a federal, state, or company Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service or making any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling the caller I no longer wish to be contacted.
Who may contact you
Your request is shared with participating attorneys who advertise in the state you select. More than one attorney may contact you. You can ask us for the names of the attorneys who received your request by emailing legal@wrongfuldeathlawyers.com.
Revoking consent
You may revoke your consent at any time and by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text, telling a caller, or emailing legal@wrongfuldeathlawyers.com. We will pass your request on to the attorneys who received your information. Revoking consent does not affect communications made before the revocation.
Records
We keep a record of your consent (including the date, time, IP address, and the wording shown) as required by law.
